REFUNDS & RETURNS

We can only accept returns on items that are damaged or defective. The item must be unused and in it’s brand new state with tags & labels attached.

We only accept returns within 14 days. Simply email us for the returns address at  (info@hellonanadolls.com) with your order number and delivery address and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Once we receive the item, your payment will be credited back within 5 working days.

We will only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.
